Sales Tax Information

Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.38%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at +1 (725) 600-1537. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.


We use the information we collect to process your purchase transactions, to send you marketing and promotional materials by mail or e-mail, and to help us improve our services for you. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete a promotion or to fulfill an order made through this website.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $15 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day or you may call or txt us +1 (725) 600-1537 , and ask if we may help you with same day delivery or contact us by Instagram.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.


Price may vary based on final floral selections.

Floral selection subject to availability based on weather and conditions beyond our control. Due to the perish ability and the fragile nature of flowers, Purple Violet LLC cannot guarantee availability of product. Additionally, should product require alterations requested by client (ie, dying of
flowers, spray painting of product, etc.), Purple Violetllc will not be responsible if alterations are not exactly what client anticipated.

Purple Violet LLC will not be responsible for the condition of props provided by any other party including, but not limited to, outside Rental Company or client. Purple Violet LLC will not be responsible for securing, repairing or any malfunction of props not owned and provided by Purple Violet LLC

Any events, wedding settings, ceremony backdrops, etc… that require outdoor use of event set-ups and/or props are subject to changes based on weather conditions (i.e.…wind, rain, extreme heat).

Purple Violet LLC shall not be liable for any incident caused by weather or other circumstances out of the immediate control of Purple Violet LLC or its employees. This includes extreme heat, wind, etc.


All balances are to be paid in full prior to the event date. If balance is being paid with a personal check, the order must be paid a full 2 weeks prior to the event date. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check charge. (big wedding and event)

For other orders 50 % deposit and 50% must be paid a full 48 hours prior to the delivery (or pick up) date.

Return Policy

We will do return or exchange if you received completely wrong order. It means in case you have received order with all wrong flowers or wrong size. Some flowers missing or substituted, different box or vase – are not subject to return or exchange. All arrangements and bouquets in our store are designer products and are unique and original. Photos provided on the web-site are examples of similar works. The results may vary as florist will choose the best options out of the flowers available for that day. You can always do a special request for your order.

If you are not satisfied with order delivered you should contact us via email ( or text (+1 (725) 600-1537) the same day of delivery! If flowers were delivered evening – then notify us before noon of the next day. It is customer’s responsibility to check if the right order was delivered if ordered as gift to somebody else. You can also ask for the pictures before delivery – notify us that you want photos when you make an order.

If you want delivery person to call you upon flower arrival, you need to request that on your order. If nobody is responding and no one is opening the door, flowers will be left by the door or near the house in any safe place and we will notify customer by contact method provided. Pink Clover is not responsible for the flowers after delivery.

If you are picking up the flowers at 4601 W Sahara Ave, Ste V. Las Vegas, NV 89102, it is customer’s responsibility to check the order. If you take the order and leave it means, you automatically agree with order. If it is somebody else is picking up for you – please inform that person what order he\she should get or request photo in advance before pick up. Pink Clover is not responsible for the order after picked up by customer.

It is customer’s responsibility to provide correct address and delivery date. If flowers delivered to wrong address or wrong date due to customer has not provided the full correct information, it will not be the reason for return or refund. If customer has not provided desired delivered date, we will ask for it via contact information provided with the order. If we receive no response from the customer, we will deliver the order next day if paid for delivery. Pick up will be available for 3 days. If customer has not arrived to pick up, we will not refund or change order as if your order was complete by then.
